The official Post & DHL Shipping app for Shopify provides a fast, streamlined shipping process that lets you easily create DHL labels and send tracking IDs to your customers. It supports national and international DHL Paket services in Germany to suit your shipping needs. Manage all your DHL shipments through a single shipping provider.

Features
- Print shipping labels for DHL Paket, DHL Paket International, and DHL Warenpost, with fast and easy label creation for individual orders and bulk processing
- Print Internetmarke postage for domestic and international letters, domestic book and merchandise mail, and Warenpost International
- Create tracking IDs automatically: a tracking code is generated for every label
- Use additional DHL services such as retail outlet routing, visual age verification, transport insurance, and parcel notification
- Use additional letter services such as registered mail and Prio
- Offer preferred delivery options through DHL Paket so customers can select their preferred delivery day and location. If a customer provides their home address and a preferred location or neighbour, the parcel can be delivered while they are away. Shipments can also be delivered to Packstations, post offices, and parcel shops
- Customise names and rates: enable, disable, or edit service names and configure handling fees for each DHL shipping service
- Delete or reprint labels if printer problems occur
- Benefit from premium support, timely compatibility updates, and bug fixes
Requirements
You need a valid DHL Paket business customer contract and valid credentials for the DHL Business Customer Portal. If you do not yet have a contract, download the app first. You will find a link for requesting a customer number in the account setup area.
